Senior students at Newlands
have the same entitlement to
the extensive range of extra-
curricular activities enjoyed by
the whole school, such as, Duke
of edinburgh award. however,
there are also opportunities
made exclusively available to
the Sixth Form – for example,
the prestigious extended Project
Qualification (ePQ), which
develops research skills and
academic flair.
