40. Long letter from Rabbi Yehoshua
Halberstam of Dalina, son of Rabbi Moshe
of Bardiov

:‫פריט מספר‬ Letter dated 1930 from Rabbi Yehoshua Halberstam of
Dalina.
In it he writes to Rabbi Kook that he heard that according
to Israeli law, immigrant pioneers "…are not allowed to
travel there with their spouses until they are married here
according to the laws ‫ מכתב ארוך מהרה"ק רבי יהושע הלברשטאם‬.40

It is told that when ‫מדאלינא לרב קוק‬
he was captured ‫כי שמע שלפי חוקי‬
