Glossary

Align center: center your content on the page.
Align left: aligns your content to the left margin.

BACKWARD: moves the turtle backwards to a specified number of steps.
Bcc: stands for blind carbon copy. Any e-mail address written on this list will not be visible

to anyone else.
Bold: makes the text extra dark.

Bullet points: are used to draw attention to important information within a document.
Cc: stands for carbon copy. Any e-mail address written on this list will get a copy of your

e-mail that you’ve composed.
Colours: allows to adjust the image’s saturation, tone and colouring.

Correction: allows sharpen or soften the image to adjust how blurry or clear it appears.
Also allows to adjust brightness and contrast of an image.

Cropping: allows you to focus only a part of the image.
Desktop: the primary display screen of a graphical user interface, on which various icons

represent files, groups of files, programs.
Document views: allows to view document in read, print or web layout form.

Electronic mail: a network service that allows two or more people to communicate with
one another through messages that are sent and received from a computer or any similar

device.
First line indent: the first line of a paragraph is indented more than the other lines in the

paragraph.
FMS logo: a free implementation of a computing environment called Logo, which is an

interactive programming language that is simple, powerful, and best of all fun.
font size allows to change the size of the font.

Font styles can be applied to draw attention to various sections of text.
font typeface changes the shape of the text.

FORWARD: moves the turtle forward a specified number of steps.
General: this first tab shows the file’s type.

Hanging indent: allows to Indent the second and subsequent lines of a paragraph from
the left margin.
