GOLD EXECUTIVE LEADERS
MARTHA GAMBA | COLOMBIA
“MAKING MISTAKES IS THE WAY TO GAIN EXPERIENCE.”
Martha Gamba learned about Rena Ware after her sister bought Rena Ware products. When
the representative tried to sell to Martha, she told him that rather than buy, she would love to
sell Rena Ware! She started her own business, but wasn’t really serious about it until Enrique
Rodrigo encouraged her to open an office and develop an organization. “ I challenged myself
to focus on the three Rena Ware activities; sharing the Opportunity, sharing the product and
especially the one I love the most, teaching others,” says Martha.
A two-time Medal of Honor champion, Martha has earned trips to fabulous places such
as Machu Picchu in Peru and most recently, Sydney, Australia. She defines success as the
satisfaction she feels when she achieves her goals. “I would advise someone just starting a
Rena Ware business to understand that selling is for the present,” she says, “but giving others
an opportunity and teaching others to succeed is the future.”
Martha is in Marcel Rodriguez’ organization.
OSVALDO SANABRIA | COSTA RICA
“THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE.”
Even as a young boy, Osvaldo Sanabria knew that selling was what he wanted to do. Raised by
his grandmother, he grew up without luxuries, but was rich in other ways. “My grandmother
raised me in an austere environment, but she always was an example of honesty, hard work
and faith,” he says. “She instilled those values in me, and they have been essential to me all of
my life. I have worked since I was 8 years old, first selling lemons in the neighborhood, picking
coffee, working in construction; all of these experiences helped shape my character.”
Since joining Rena Ware, Osvaldo has found a better way of living and a new meaning to his
life. “Before, I was living in a very small house; sometimes I did not even have enough money
for the bus,” says Osvaldo. “Today, I have a car, I live in a big house, I can travel and I can fulfill
my dreams. I joined a company with values and principles, where we are all one family.”
Osvaldo is in Judith Marin’s organization.
LUIS CUBERO | COSTA RICA
“RENA WARE HAS BEEN ONE OF THE GREATEST BLESSINGS
OF MY LIFE.”
The eldest of seven children, from a young age Luis Cubero worked hard to help support his
family. He didn’t complete high school, and always felt he had to overcome the stereotype
that he had no future without a college degree. When he was laid off from his job managing
a gas station due to down sizing, he accepted the invitation of a good friend to join Rena
Ware, although he wasn’t convinced it was right for him. “I was not interested at all, but I
decided to join,” says Luis. “It has been one of the greatest blessings of my life!”
Luis is married with three daughters and is very happy about his promotion and his new
life with Rena Ware. “Rena Ware has helped me grow in many ways,” he says. “Personally,
I have become a more humane and supportive person, as I am constantly in touch with
people. Professionally, I am backed by a strong organization that looks to me for guidance
and support. I am very thankful to this great company that opened the door for me.”
Luis is in Osvaldo Sanabria’s organization.
