           • Can be hard to control the temperature since they retain heat well.


                             • They are also hard to clean.

                             • Might retain food particles.

                     • Cast iron and steel are induction compatible.
















                                 Enamel on steel.


                             • Has poor heat distribution.

                           • Enamel coated steel might stain.


                           • They can also burn food easily.

                   • Enamel coated cast iron is induction compatible.
