My first trip to Cartagena, after which I was never the same. That first trip created a
strong desire in me never to go alone again. I wanted to share those feelings with others.
In the middle of the sea, the wife of our dear leader Arce Trujillo took my hand and
made me promise that I would grow and become great, very great. I made the promise
with tears in my eyes and that marked my heart.

Another experience that fills my heart with gratitude is the trip to the Home Office
on August 2, 2010. The reception was impressive, the welcome dinner at the lake, the
cabin, the dinner at the home of the company owners. They asked every afternoon:
“How do you feel?” and tears filled my eyes with gratitude. All this made me understand
much more deeply that I am not in a business focused only in the commercial area ...
No, this goes much further, it is a human business, we are a great family.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS THINKING
OF JOINING RENA WARE?

You will never get tired of thanking God for this beautiful Opportunity. You need
to firmly believe in it and work with a lot of action and courage. I would tell the person
that he or she is on the most beautiful path and not alone, that he/she has the backing
of a company, and more than a company, a great family and that the Zylstra family will
