Reusable Housing Media Insert

• The pre-filter cartridge and the main filter cartridge have 2 parts each: a reusable
housing and a replaceable media insert.

• The media inserts in the pre-filter and the main filter are not necessarily replaced
at the same time.

• The life of the media inserts may range from a couple of months to a year and
it depends entirely on the quality of the water. Heavy amounts of particles will
require more frequent washing and replacement.

• The reusable housings can be rinsed. With proper care, they
should last several years. Page 41
