Neutron Imaging

Imaging of the complex unknown hidden in the object
like the internal structure, magnetic orientation, dis-
continuity and etc can be imaged using neutron. These
could be revealed via the technique called transmis-
sion, scattering, diffraction, resonance and etc. This
chapter will focuses on imaging called radiography and
tomography by transmission technique.

5.1 Radiography

Neutron radiography is a technique to image and dis-
plays an internal of some objects nondestructively.Neutrons
beam used in this technique are quite large therefore
they will be supplied by large neutron source such as
reactor nuclear, spallations from target in proton accel-
