Read the following story and do the activities.
Johny The lizard
Johny the lizard lived between
some rocks out in the country.
Like all lizards he loved to quietly
sunbathe, laid out on some flat
stone. He felt so relaxed doing so,
that he often had a deep sleep.
One day, while he was asleep,
some boys caught him and he
could escape only by losing his tail and running to hide.
Frightened Johny listened
to how the children
laughed at seeing his tail
continue moving about
though it was no longer
attached to his body. After
a while they threw the tail
