4.     Vocabulary                           Time



          4.1.  Read the following words and note the letters in red.


                a. unhappy    b. unsafe    c. unable    d. disagree    e. disclose

                f. redo           g. rewrite   h. midday   i. midnight   j. remake

                           The letters in red do not make a complete word.

                           They  are added before the main  word and  they

                            make the meaning of the word different.

                           The letter or group of letters that is added before a

                            word to make a different word is called a ‘Prefix’.


          4.2.   Underline the prefix in the following words.
