ii. Manipulation and cast

• The foot is held in the corrected position with

plaster cast.

• 1 or 2 weekly changes for 3 months

• There two methods of treatment of clubfoot :

Ponsetti’s and Kite’s method.

• The common and practical is Ponsetti’s method.
