IV.WEDGE TARSECTOMY
➢Removing a wedge of bones from the mid-tarsal
area.
➢Once the wedge is removed the foot can be brought
to normal (plantigrade) position.
➢This operation performed for neglected clubfoot
more than 5 years old.
