PRE OPERATION

• Referral pertaining patient problem – physiotherapy,

anaesthesia, medical team, surgical team, dentist

• NBM – 6 – 8 Hours before operation

• IVD – NS (3 pint), D5 (2 pint)

• sliding scale 4 hourly – DM patient

• Psychological support

• Skin prep – bath
