Early Entitlement

Access to Early Entitlement takes place the term after your child’s 3rd birthday.
● Children who have their 3rd birthday between 1st September 2022 – 8th January 2022 are eligible from
the (Spring term) 9th January 2022 until the end of the school term July 2023. Applications open 14th
November 2022.
● Children who have their 3rd birthday between 8th January 2023 – 31st March 2023 are eligible from the
(Summer term) 17th April 2023 until the end of the school term July 2023.. Application. Application date
not yet available.
● Children who have their 3rd birthday between 17th April 2023 – 31 August 2023 are NOT eligible through
this scheme.

Nursery and Reception Places
The application window for applying for Nursery and Reception places will be available on the

Point of Ayr Federation website. Messages will be sent out to current Nursery families via
seesaw.

In Year Transfers

Should you wish to transfer to either Ysgol Gronant or Ysgol Trelogan during the school year this
