We all must have started a new financial year with the better hopes and new Murlidhar Jagani

In light of the introduction of amendments through latest notification, the Sanjay Gandhi
Government has opened new path for the start-ups. Now start-ups will have easy access to Hon. Jt. Secretary
funding which in turn will ensure ease in starting new business, encourage entrepreneurship
leading to more job creation and economic growth in the country. Jayesh Rajde

Shipping Ministry is in process of preparing “42-Point Agenda” to simplify
Exim operation at Ports. Out of these, 20 amendments relate to exports and remaining 22
related to imports.

Our delegation had a video conference with Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, In-Charge Murlidhar Jagani
Hon. Secretary
Chairman of DPT on 09th April, 2018. We had strongly & effectively represented
issues related to land of Gandhidham Complex and port related operational issues. There was
positive response from the Chairman and we are hopeful for the resolution of pending issues.

Similarly, our delegation had also participated in Industrial & SWIFT meeting
called by the Collector of Kutch followed by a meeting to review ATR in this regard.
