          Incentives of Municipal and State Government


          •  Land: Cession for construction of industrial buildings.

          •  Water Consumption: Special rates available.

          •  Procedure or registration of new companies: Subsidy up to 90% in the payment of fees.
          •  Municipal procedures: Reduction of fees in municipal procedures of at least 50%.

          •  Warehouses at affordable prices: 75% to 80% of the market price.

          •  Payroll tax: Subsidy up to 90% of the 3% payroll tax.
          •  Training: Scholarships from 1 Minimum Wage in Force up to 3 Minimum Wage in force up to 90 days.
