This is the 6th unit in the Zero To Three: Growing
Brain Series. In this workshop we will discuss the
various areas of the brain and how they influence
young children's behaviors. We will discuss approaches
for identifying the root cause of young children's
behaviors and discuss and demonstrate effective
strategies to address challenging behaviors in young
children.
Learning Outcomes:
Understanding basic brain anatomy.
Understanding the connection between various
areas of the brain and how these connections
are expressed through behavior.
Understand the key factors that influence
behavior and understand the root causes of
challenging behavior and effective strategies for
helping children with these difficulties.
