Heavenly Father,
Our Life, Health, and Abilities are gifts from you. Give us the courage to devote each, not to our own
gain, but to your glory.
Let us compete today with all our heart, mind, body, and soul. If you choose, allow victory to come as
a blessing and reward; but, if necessary, assist us to learn integrity in defeat.
Keep all players safe this day. Allow us to give our best as a memorial to those who have given their
all for our sake.
