As I reflect on the past year and the many ways our students excelled in the
classroom, on the field, on stage and in service to the community, I am overcome
with gratitude for the level of support we continue to receive. Thanks to you, our
students thrive, and our school is uniquely positioned to rise to the challenges of
an ever-changing educational landscape. Together, we prepare our students for a
profoundly different future.
Your support ensures we are able to deliver an outstanding student experience
that is rooted in our Catholic identity and our reputation for academic rigor. This
past year, CMH was recognized as a Distinguished School for STEM from Project
Lead the Way (PLTW) – one of only two schools in the state to be recognized for a
second year – and as a Unified Championship School by Special Olympics, for our
commitment to inclusion. Additionally, our athletes captured state championships

our school diverse learning styles of ALL students and develops young men and women of faith
and character. Throughout this report, you will be inspired by individual stories

dedicated faculty and coaches who meet each student where they are to ensure they

We are at a pivotal moment in our school’s history. Earlier this year, we completed
to rise to the our strategic planning process that included two years of extensive research
and culminated in May 2019 with the formal approval of RISE: A Plan to

predecessor, Vision 2020, and will lift our school to the next level. Its counterpart,
