TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING:

Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes including custom quotes are valid for thirty days from the date of
quotation.

WARRANTY:
CL Sterling & Son LLC lighting products are warrantied to be free of defects and workmanship for two years from the date of
sale.
CL Sterling & Son LLC will, at it’s election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where CL Sterling & Son LLC
inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within 2 years from the date of sale. CL Sterling & Son LLC is
not responsible for removal or installation costs. Implied warranties including that of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

CL Sterling & Son LLC and/or seller disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

TERMS:
A fifty percent deposit and written purchase order is required to process orders. Balance is due prior to shipment including
shipping and handling charges. A $35.00 fee will be charged on any returned checks. Please note a storage fee will apply after
30 days’ notice that goods are in stock and ready to ship. The storage fee will consist of 1.5% of the order’s value.
PAYMENT:

Please make checks payable to “CL Sterling & Son LLC”. US dollar denominated payments can also be made via VISA,
MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS with credit card fees applied. Payments can also be made by wire transfer with a wire
transfer fee to be applied. The wire transfer fee will be $45.00 each transaction.
SHIP DATE:

All orders are acknowledged with an approximate shipping date based on inventory and production schedules. Shipment is not
guaranteed on that date. CL Sterling & Son LLC assumes no responsibility for delays.
CLAIMS:

All merchandise is carefully and thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. If your shipment is received with any loss or
damage, PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS AND NTOFIY YOUR FREIGHT AGENT AS WELL AS CL STERLING &
SON LLC IMMEDIATELY. For shipments handled by FedEx ground, claims must be reported to us within four (4) business days.
RETURNS:

No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from CL Sterling & Son. Requests must be made within
fourteen (14) business days. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and be in original condition. There is a 25% restocking
fee on all returns. Credit will be issued after merchandise is inspected by CL Sterling & Son. If unsatisfactorily packed and if a
freight claim cannot be made by CL Sterling, the customer will be charged for repair and/or replacement of damaged goods.
CANCELLATIONS:

Orders are not subject to cancellations either in whole or part, except by consent of CL Sterling & Son LLC. Cancellations are
subject to a service charge of 25%. Custom fixtures cannot be cancelled or returned for any kind of credit.

ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS:
The data in CL Sterling & Son pricelist is for the convenience of the user and every effort is made to avoid error. CL Sterling &
Son LLC cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes.
