 Schedule meetings and lead the planning process with the client point of contact from

strategy to concept to execution

 Recommend trending technology and source appropriate audio-visual equipment and labor
including full scenic design and build

 Liaise with the assigned venue and other vendors on behalf of the planning committee

 Manage the onsite logistics of personnel and equipment for load-in and out, rehearsal, and
show including all documentation to support the delivery of a flawless experience

 Partner with the scriptwriter and other team members to create the agreed atmosphere
and provide input for stage choreography, voice-overs and other necessary items to
enhance the show

 Develop and design appropriate content for screens and collateral as assigned
