REWARDS PROCESSING

In our efforts to improve your experience on Toluna, we are working on processing reward
redemptions in a more timely manner. This applies to e-gift card and e-voucher rewards,
for which we have more control over the fulfillment process.

However for physical gift cards (i.e. the prepaid Eftpos cards), it will still take up to 6 weeks
for you to receive these. This is because the cards are issued and despatched by a third
party in large batches, and may be subject to delays within the postal system. We have no

control over these delays, nor are we responsible for any lost cards. In addition, there have
been some issues with the activation and use of these cards. While we will do our best to
assist with these issues, we still need to wait for the card issuer to resolve them - and this
can take even more time.

Therefore, we strongly suggest that you

redeem one of the following reward
options - these are processed and
delivered within 3-4 business days:

♦ Deliveroo e-voucher
♦ GiftPay Flexi e-gift card (this can be
used on a variety of brands/merchants)
♦ BWS e-gift card

♦ Caltex e-gift card
♦ Wish e-gift card

We are also working on processing

PayPal more quickly. As these
redemptions are processed globally,
please note that it can still take 2-4
weeks for you to receive your PayPal

payment.
