My dear young fellows, I am only 75. No, I am not
crazy. Aging is a fact of life but Feeling or looking
your age is not. Why not to embrace the fact I am
becoming a senior citizen. Why to feel like an old junk

Age is a case of Mind over Matter. If you don't mind, it
doesn't matter. So, Aging is not lost youth but a new

lives of the people you love. When you learn to tap
the source, you will truly have defeated age. Wrinkles
may appear on our faces as we grow but has anyone
heard about wrinkles on the heart. To keep the heart
Unwrinkled, to be hopeful, kindly, cheerful, reverent,
that is to triumph over old age. I never consider the
wrinkles as a mark of old age instead I take it as the
dialects of my life. To assure you those who have the
