Step 4: DOCUMENT CHECKING

Document is the records communication or facts.

Serves to establish one or several facts and can be
relied upon as a proof thereof that an evidence of
intentions, whereas records function as evidence of

activities.

To monitor the appropriate documentation, verify that a

person is entitled to enter the country, apprehend
people wanted by domestic or international arrest

warrants, and impede the entry of people deemed
dangerous to the country.

The following documents are required by the Malaysian

customs for exporting product to Malaysian.

• Packing list • Catalogue

• Delivery letter • Other related documents insurance.
