Before Hult Sheila had the opportunity to work for one of the top
banks in Ghana where she developed her customer service and Elham Al Murda’a
mangement skills. She served on the board of an NGO CARONow
which develops programmes for advancing rural opportunities in
Northern Ghana. She has a strong motivation for improving the
educational needs of the deprieved so she started her own NGO
Barefoot Africa. After graduation she will go on to start her own
business in cosmetics and later in fashion.
