               Dorothy Kersha-Aerga is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice with the Department of
               Social and Behavioral Sciences, at Elizabeth City State University, North Carolina. She is a
               Nigerian trained attorney and holds an MS and Ph.D. in Juvenile Justice from Prairie A & M
               University, Texas. Her research interest includes Gender issues, Gangs and Juvenile
               Delinquency.
