Simpson Strong-Tie Deck Planner Basics
➢ www.strongtie.com
o Click on the SOLUTIONS tab
o Click on OUTDOOR LIVING
o Click on DECK PLANNER SOFTWARE
➢ Launch Deck Planner
o Be sure to use a desktop or laptop Computer (cell phones are not
compatible)
➢ Existing Users: Input Email & Password
➢ New Users: Click- REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT
o Input e-mail & password
o Input first and last name
o Select user type- Retailer
o Input Gillman Home Center Location address
➢ Agree to terms and conditions
o Click register to continue
➢ START A NEW DECK PROJECT
o Add deck dimensions or choose a deck template
o If choosing a deck template, you can modify the design
o Enter Customer name or design
