EXPERIMENT TO SHOW THE PRESENCE OF MICROORGANISMS

Ibu Ali membeli sebotol susu segar di pasar pada waktu pagi. Ali telah minum separuh susu
tersebut dan menyimpan sebahagian susu tersebut di dalam almari. Apabila Ali ingin
minumnya di malam hari, dia mendapati susu tersebut berbau masam dan kelihatan berbuih.

Ali's mother bought a bottle of fresh milk at the market in the morning. Ali drank half of the

milk and kept some of the milk in the cupboard. When Ali wanted to drink it at night, he
found the milk smelled sour and looked frothy.

2. Nyatakan pemerhatian yang berlaku pada nutrient agar selepas 3 hari dan berikan sebab
berlakunya pemerhatian itu.
State the observations that occurred on the nutrient agar after 3 days and give the reason for

3. Apakah hubungan antara tahap kebersihan jari dengan bilangan koloni bakteria?
What is the relationship between the cleanliness level of the fingers and the
