The Sword of Gilead & The Book of Angels
Therefore, confronted with the reality that
God’s holy angels execute his judgement as with
Sodom and Gomorrah where Yahweh himself
came to Abraham over their destiny. In addition,
they, as do others, come face to face with God’s
judgement as declared in the New Testament. In
Revelations 9:15, we find angels released to kill,
“Then the four angels who had been made ready
for that hour, day, month, and year were released
to kill a third of humankind.”
In that account, we see the all-important
point I have made in that angels are for a special
time and ministry and this means the Sword of
Gilead in his ministry to me.
It goes on to say in Revelations 9:20, “The
rest of mankind that were not killed by these
plagues still did not repent of the work of their
hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and
idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood -
idols that cannot see or hear or walk.”
All these angels worship the Lord, and
although I cannot explain in depth here, we know
that the New Testament Covenant in the Sacrifice
of the Mass is the completion of the Old
Testament worship fulfilled in Christ, the high
priest of the New Covenant in the Order of
Melchizedech. Clearly, the roles, purpose, nature,
character, and activities of the angels did not end
as we see in the Epistles and Revelation but rather
entered the New Covenant also.
