Palmerston North City

Palmerston North, with a population of
86,000, is called New Zealand’s “Student
City”. There are beaches on the coast a half-
hour’s drive from Palmerston North.
ETC Palmerston North Campus is in the
centre of the city, overlooking the Square.
Shops, cafes, restaurants, the Public Library
and theaters are all in the city centre and
within a walking distance.

ETC has 3 campuses in New Zealand; Palmerston North, Wellington and Lower Hutt

ETC Palmerston North has about 250 full time students. We have students from all over the world, you can experi-
ence diverse cultures while studying at ETC. You can make friends, have lunch with them and explore the city after
school. If you like outdoors, we have ETC bikes for you to use, so that you can go to parks and the Manawatu River
for cycling.

Palmerston North is a city where you can enjoy the real New Zealand lifestyle. In summer, there are many exciting
events in the city, so there are lots of things to do!
