TEAM SPOTLIGHT

This year, occasions on which Resdev grabbed the spotlight were the success
of the new Privilege Report Project, which led Resdev to not only qualify for the
prestigious Merit Awards but also to participate in the First Ever Showcase
Event organized by Info Edge. The “Personalized Privilege Services & Report for
FF Customers” Team won the Info Edge Merit Award in Gold Category. It was
a proud moment for all of us.

Personalized Privilege Services & Report For FF Customers comprising of
Operation Team, Customer Service Team and Product Team, came into
operations as a pilot project in July’2018.
It was a proactive approach towards clients servicing to improve the Net
Promoter Score for Naukri Fast Forward Display Services and to make a
bridge to fill the gap between us and our customers.

NPS improved from -70% to +21%
CSAT increased from 74% to 89%

Complaints reduced from 3.6% to 2.4%
Client base increased from 7K to 4K
