Home Warranty

To protect our client’s budget against surprise repairs and
replacements while the home is on the market, we order a
home warranty from Super once a home seller signs a listing
agreement with us.

The warranty covers the seller on the major components of
their property with no additional cost to our client for the
“Seller coverage” aside from the trip charge.

Seller’s Disclosure

Protecting our clients from unnecessary stress of lawsuits and
disputes is as important to us as ever. To protect and guide
our clients in filling out disclosure forms of the home they’re
selling, we register them in Seller Shield – a home seller
