Chief Executive Officer
Jessica is the visionary of the team and although she will have
oversight on every file, she is primarily out exploring new ways to
take care of our customers at an even higher level, as well as
looking for Coming Soon properties that may fit your needs.
Jessica prides herself on maintaining the Licona Team standards
of “Concierge- level” service to give the customer the ultimate
home-buying experience.
Cody Wickham
Chief Operating Officer
Cody’s job is to communicate and assist the client through
every step of the process. He will be the primary point of
contact from the time of signing the contract all the way to the
closing table —Cody is in charge of the communication and
“getting stuff done”.
