- It is also known as Normal setting cement.

- It is general purpose cement suitable for all

purpose.

- It is used in Road pavements, buildings, culverts,

water pipes etc.

- In the other sense it is used every where except

in places where special properties of other types

are required.

- Out of the total consumption of different types

of cement 90% of this type is used.
