Description: Meets 3 Wednesday of the month from 6-8pm. The group’s purpose of this self-directed arthritis
support and education group is to offer opportunities to explore the many treatments, procedures and programs
that can contribute to lessening the discomfort and progress of arthritis and related rheumatic conditions
including joint pain and stiffness and limited range of motion. We will also network to find recommendations
from within our group for alternative and traditional therapies, treatment and professionals, exercise groups,
walking programs and more.
