                        Marketing department responsible for:
                            The company Technical approvals
                            Develop long-term relationships with clients (Owners and Consultant)
                            Identify opportunities that can be transferred to sales leads
                            Creating all the marketing tools catalogues, brochures, C.D, flyers
                             organizing seminars & exhibitions
                        Sales department responsible for:
                            Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products
                            Develop a long-term relationships with clients (Owners and Contractors ) in
                             each & every market segment
                         -  Get Sales leads, Follow up offers, persuade clients that the products satisfies
                             their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery to achieve orders.
                Techno Commercial department responsible for :
                         -  Preparing  Technical  &  commercial  offers  using  high  advanced  technical
                             tools.
                Design department responsible for:
                         -  Preparing a full set of documents, assembly & shop drawings including all
                             technical details, bill of material, control diagrams, as built documentation.
                Purchasing department responsible for:
                         -  Purchase the material required from the planning department.
                         -  Mechanical department responsible for:
                         -  Formation of the mechanical parts used in our low voltage products as sheet-
                             metal &copper parts
                Project Management department responsible for:
                      Managing All project phases from Initiation, Implementation, Until Closing.
                Financial department:
                         -  Manage the company’s cash in a profitable way, and provide all the activities
                             with its cash requirements.
                         -  Maximize the company’s wealth via increasing the sales  and reducing the
                             cost
                         -  Ensure the best utilization of the company’s resources.
                         -  Responsible  for  issuing  the  monthly,  the  quarterly,  the  annual  financial
                             statements.
                         -  Monitoring and controlling the company’performance.
                Human Resources department responsible for:
                         -  Put Mission and vision of the company into action this includes the following:
                         Recruiting  &  Hiring,  Training,  salary  &  Benefits,  communication  and
                         performance management.
                Service department Responsible for:
                         -   Rehabilitation & Retrofitting
                         -  Erection and installation
                         -  Commissioning and start up
                         -  After sales support and services
