and there is a huge factory for producing the power
transformers ȈȉȌKVA and ȈȎȌKVA, so EGEMAC
completes its portfolio in the high voltage substations
in AIS & GIS types up to Ȍȇȇ KV, capacitors and surge
arresters
EGEMAC: Share by (ȅȋȐ) and China XD Share by (ȅȌȈ) of the total capital. In July ȉȇȈȉ the factory has been
evaluated by a committee from the high level experts of The Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC)
and they recommended that: We would like to express our utmost appreciation towards XD-EGEMAC factory for
assembling GIS switchgears in Egypt which is similar to international factories abroad.
Then XD-EGEMAC can participate in EETC’S tenders. Their offer will subject to technical evaluation according
to each tender condition.

EGEMAC started its second joint venture with
CHINT, the leading worldwide Chinese company
for producing low voltage switchgears. The new
company’s name is CHINT-EGEMAC and its main
activity is producing switchboards up to ȋȇȇȇA type
WHVWHG ,W VWDUWHG RQ WKH ÀUVW RI -DQXDU\ ȉȇȈȎ and
the factory is in the industrial area of October city.
It started by assembling the NGCȏ in its works a
big opening ceremony was held in February, ȉȇȈȎ to
celebrate the new success.

Low-Voltage switchgear panels are tested in
KEMA Laboratories according to the latest IEC
standard (ȈȍȈȋȊȐ).
