“When we are in the market for new machinery or for an
upgrade, we usually purchase it at trade shows because
we find that it’s the best way to see demos, evaluate, and
compare different models and brands.” And while busi-
ness matters are always a priority to an owner—“I think
only a business owner knows how much work it takes”
said Monika—she also says, “It helps that we can com-
bine business with pleasure and do a little sight-seeing.”
Like all business owners, Radu hopes to continue to
grow his business until SOFO Kitchens is the first name
that comes to mind when one thinks of high-end custom
cabinetry. “Personally, it would also be nice to be retire
in 10 or so years,” added Monika.
