Pam Lendzion, Director of Marina Development, Legendary Marina Management
Prior to joining Legendary, Pam Lendzion served as CEO of MarineTec Management
Company and provided management, consulting and training services including
marine project management, marine services development, marina facility planning
and construction, marina resort start-up and operations, plus boatyard operations.
Pam brings 15+ years’ industry experience to Legendary, and also holds a 100-ton
USCG Masters License. She previously helped Marinas International develop its third
party management division and served as COO of Vinings Marine Group. She has also
enjoyed a career in both the hospitality and professional development and training
segments. She designed, built, and operated her own executive hotel and two
restaurants employing 100+, and owned and operated a professional development
training firm with 42 licensed trainers.
Currently Pam is the President of the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association (ABBRA), the incoming
Chair of the Marine Industry Training and Education Council (MITEC), and is an International Marina Institute
(IMI) faculty member, teaching leadership skills to marina and boatyard managers. She is a member of the IMBC
Steering Committee and Editorial Board, and a Past President of the Marine Industries Association of Northeast
Florida. Pam often speaks at industry conferences regarding best management practices.
Larry R. Halgren, Principal, Halgren and Associates LLC
Larry has over 35 years of experience in sales and management within the
marine industry. Larry created his own international marina and waterfront
consulting firm, Halgren and Associates LLC. Larry has notable expertise in the
marine industry waterfront development, operations, infrastructures, and
marina components. Larry has been credited with new product research,
development, and licensing of marine designs and details. Larry’s portfolio
incorporates market research for sites, marina plans, and site selection as well as
marina financing, feasibility studies and coordination of engineering, among
other areas.
Before starting Halgren and Associates LLC, Larry held a variety of positions in the marine field including, Bell-
ingham Marine Industries for 22 years; the Washington State Ferry System; and Uniflite Inc. and he owned
a Uniflite dealership and marine accessory store.
Larry is an accomplished speaker at many industry forums, including the University of Wisconsin Docks &
Marinas Conference, the International Marina Institute, International Boat Builder Expo & Conference, National
Marina Conference, the Marina Recreation Association of California, and the boating industry of Australia to
name a few. He is Past President and Chair of the Board of Directors for the International Marina Institute
having served for six years. Larry is still an active member of the teaching facility for the Advanced Marina
Management Classes and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Bellingham.
Brad St. Coeur, Marina Manager, Sunrise Harbor Marina
Brad St. Coeur a former boat captain, has over 30 years of experience in the
boating industry, earned his CMM and was instrumental in acquiring both Clean
Marina/Boatyard designations for multiple marina facilities in south Florida. An
active member in marine professional organizations such as the Association of
Marina Industries (AMI) where he has served as former chairman of the
National Marina Day Committee, the Marine Industries Association of South
Florida (MIASF), and the United States Superyacht Association (USSA). Brad
also previously served as Chairman of the Florida Clean Marina.
