          IMI’s most affordable course, the Basic Marina Operations Training Manual, is a self-guided course aimed at

          Most of the modules in this manual are to be completed at or near to the participant’s place of work under the
          guidance of his/her marina manager. IMI has included clear guidance notes for both the student and the manager.

          The contents of Basic Marina Operations Training Manual are intended to cover all subjects needed for basic
          marina personnel to work with confidence and competence. The manual provides guidelines for the employer
          and a record of training and achievement for the participant.

          Training should start on the first day of employment. The student has 18 months to complete the course, and this
          course can be also embedded into an organization’s induction process.

          COURSE STRUCTURE
          The course is divided into Mandatory and Optional Modules. IMI students must
          complete all Mandatory Modules and at least two of the Optional Modules

          Marina Operations Manual – 2011 Edition
