              KIU Senate Meeting Held in Islamabad. Budget 2018-19 Approved

          KIU  Senate  approved  operational  and  developmental  budget
          2018-19 in a meeting held at PakScience Academy, Islamabad.
          The  meeting  was  chaired  by  chairperson  of  the  Senate  Ms.
          Khawar Mumtaz, Vice Chancellor KIU Prof. Dr. Attaullah Shah,
          Mr. Shahidullah Baig, Ex-Joint Secretary KA & GB, Prof Qasim
          Jan  Adviser  Comstech,  Prof.  Aslam  Baig,  Prof.Sadruddin
          Pardhan, Prof. Aliya Zafar, Dean Comsats University, Sectary
          Education  GB,  Mr.Raza  Chohan  DG  HEC,  Commissioner
          Diamer Mr. Rehman Shah, Registrar and faculty representatives
                                                                technology  and  physical  infrastructure  and  improvement  of
          Dr. Saranjam Baig and Ms. Esma Wali attended the meeting.
                                                                student  and  staff  services.  The  Chairperson  and  honorable

                      Clean and Green Pakistan Campaign Celebrated at KIU














          KIU has successfully celebrated the clean and green Pakistan   green campaign on the campus and extended it to the university
          movement on 23rd October 2018 in collaboration with Local   road. The university and local government agreed to replicate
          Government,  Municipal  Corporation  and  Gilgit  Baltistan   similar  campaigns  in  the  main  city  and  engage  other

                               Scholarships Awarded to 385 KIU students


          Different scholarships were awarded to more than 385 students   granted  under  HEC  Need-Based,  US  Aid,  Professor  David,
          of BS, MSC, MS and Ph.D programs. These scholarships were   French Need, Karwan-e-Elm and KIU Need-Based programs.
