Tyre pressure is extremely important for the safe running of your car,
yet is one of the most overlooked points of car maintenance.
Over infl ated tyres are as bad as under infl ated, leading to uneven wear
and increased risk of a blowout.
Your vehicle manual will advise of you the recommended pressure for
normal road use, and in many cars this information can also can be found
on a label in the driver door archway.
Failure to maintain the necessary standard of tyre pressure could
result in a Fixed Penalty Notice, but more importantly, you could be
putting yours and others lives at risk.
