In this land it was not only the old and the very Imp.3391: EMIE
young, the weak, the ugly and the scared who 1-2yrs Female
were the most vulnerable but also the time of
the year which played a huge part in this never
ending story of survival.

The nights were dark and scary… with not enough to eat…
filled with the mournful cries and meowing,
of the many lost, lonely abandoned pets. I’ve been so hungry, afraid and all
alone, my life’s been tough, for I’ve
never had a loving home….

Homeless and living on the street I
did not know if I would LIVE…
or if I would DIE…

I was picked up and ended in the
pound— but with no owner I was
lost but would never be found...
