Of course some of the dogs are very sick when they
come in and indeed become palliative care doggies.
Gorgeous Star is one of these. Read her story P19. We
give her the best care we can but that is not like a family
giving her the time of her life, whilst she is still able to
enjoy it. Can you make Star’s final days full of love?

Our magazine this month features some of our amazing
young supporters, the Neutral Bay School of Dance P23
and some of our young people like Sofia P22 who went
without birthday presents so the dogs got gifts instead.
Lovely Julia celebrated her 10th birthday cuddling and
walking dogs at DoggieWood. A team of kids from North
Turramurra Public School did a cake bake to raise funds
for the dogs. You young people are just amazing and so
compassionate about homeless animals.

We also continue to save lots of cats and kittens and our
