instead of presents so he could donate the money to Monika’s Doggie
Rescue. You even featured a picture of him and our dog Elsa in your
magazine. He has had another great idea( see below ) and he thought
we should donate the profits to Monika’s.” David Kraus

                                               produce and organic honey from their bees.

                                               Lime Pickle, red onion confit, grapefruit &
                                               ginger marmalade, preserved lemons and
                                               homemade gourmet biscuits proved very
                                               popular with passers-by heading to or
                                               returning from the festivities. The cookies
                                               and honey were the most popular, both
                                               completely selling out.

                                               The stall raised over $300 for Monika's. Ten
                                               year old Xavier's goal had been to raise
                                               $200 so he was pretty happy!
