Club meetings at ease

I would like to introduce the first official mobile app of Toastmasters International designed to
help toastmasters to perform role at club meetings with convenience and ease. This app gives
us an instant access to our club roster and features a built-in Ah-Counter that counts filler
words, also a grammarian function that keeps track of the Word of the Day and an easy-to-use
timer.

Are you ready to use this app!! It is very easy to access this app, just go to Apple store, An-
droid Play Store or visit www.toastmasters.org/Mobile-App but keep in mind, you must be a
good standing member of Toastmaster International. You can use the same credentials to login
to access the Toastmasters website.

You can switch the Clubs if you are a member of more than one clubs. You can see your speech
data and this is only visible to the speaker and those who have used the app in a meeting role.
The club president and vice president education also have access to approve the data for accura-
cy. This is designed to improve our progress and enhance our experience.

For the time being the app doesn’t allow to export the data to members. Data can’t be exported or
deleted. This app is developed by a Toastmaster who knows the requirement for toastmaster
clubs.
Toastmaster international has planned to include more functions into this app. If you want to give

vice, operating system (OS) and if you have the solution to the issue.
