The 60 Set Square
Very similar to the other

set square except the

internal angles are 60
o
and 30 . Again a very
convenient instrument for drawing either of these

angles. You will also see measuring scales in both
centimetres and inches.

There is also a letter and number stencil which you

can use for labelling you exercise diagrams.

In the next chapter there is a fuller description on the

nature of angles and how they are made and

measured. There are also several exercises for you to
work through using these instruments.
