formula first (if applicable), then show the calculation.

• Write the unit for the answer.

• Example: Based on the curves for pigment X and Y,

calculate the amount of oxygen released to the tissues at

20mmHg

Pigment x = 98% - 80%

= 18%

Pigment Y = 98% - 30 %

= 18%
