Going Above & Beyond is more than a catalogue theme:

It’s a mindset. One that has helped anyone willing to grow accomplish more than we ever thought
possible. The entire human family has been forced to face unimaginable disruption, but those willing
to learn and grow found silver linings where others saw clouds. With a sense of childlike wonder, and
energized by Scentsy Spirit, our Scentsy family has thrived. Through the dark days of the pandemic,
Scentsy Consultants chose optimism and it was contagious. That optimism has opened the door to
greater connection, love and kindness as the Scentsy family more than doubled in size.
We have been humbled by the talent of our employees. What started as a family business, where we
personally handled everything, is now a global company run by the most talented professionals. They
care as much as we do, but perform each task better than we did at our best. Never has the Scentsy
home office been more dedicated to bringing value to the world. In this catalogue — and the limited-
time offerings coming this season — you will see the best lineup of Scentsy products ever offered. We
are so proud of the work that went into this catalogue season and are confident it will be the best yet.
We have been awestruck over the past 17 years by the goodness of our customers, Hosts and
Consultants. As some worry about the future, we know the world is full of kind, patient, loving people
who just need a safe place to be good — because we have met you, heard your stories, watched you
overcome challenges and cheered your victories. We truly love you.
Over the summer, we accepted a call to lead the England London Mission for the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints for the next three years. We have complete trust in Dan Orchard, President
and Interim CEO, to lead our Scentsy family in bringing even more value to the world. In our absence,
the next generation of Thompsons, our children, will take on a larger role protecting Scentsy Spirit. We
hope you learn to love and appreciate them, as they deepen their love and appreciation for all of you.
For us, leaving our home, family and business is our personal three-year Above & Beyond. Whatever
your Above & Beyond is, we wish you heaven’s help and joy in your journey!
