What do people do with their money? We can go
shopping and buy things. Sometimes we have to pay bills
and rent for our home. Sometimes we have to pay back
money we have borrowed. Many people don’t spend all the
money they have. They save some of their money for future
use. Children sometimes save their money in a piggy bank,
but it is better to save money in a bank. If you put money in
a bank, you earn interest on the money.
What do you do with your money? Do you spend it all
or save some of it? If you don’t already have a budget, make
one. You will understand your money better, and you may
even be able to save some more for the future.
